Vintage Home Renovation

In partnership with with Charles Levin Architects

“Haute Isles”

Built in 1907, this Mediterranean home had undergone many renovations throughout the years. Each remodeling project reflected the architectural trend of that particular era. With a goal of creating a Modern Mediterranean home that knitted all the previous remodels together, the current owners designed a home for a 21st century lifestyle. Carefully crafted beam details unite the old with a new open kitchen, eating and family area. A new suspended staircase and fireplace also incorporate metal detailing and wood work found throughout the home. The second floor was reconfigured to allow for a laundry room and ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom. The remodel has successfully meshed previous projects together seamlessly and timelessly.
