Thankful

As I reflect on this holiday season, I am thankful for the wonderful team that I have had the privilege of working with to restore the Historic Coliseum Building.  It has been a collective group of firms that are bringing back this neighborhood gem where all will be welcomed.

Over the past two years, I am remembering milestones from the placement on the National Registry of Historic Buildings to the hot cocoa groundbreaking construction kick-off.  I am especially proud of the decision to place visual and poetic artwork around the façade that reflected the cultures of surrounding community.  Some of these things may seem insignificant, but every decision has been centered around equitable development.

These tasks couldn’t have been accomplished without this design and construction team of professionals who have put their heart and soul into the planning and development of this project.
